Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons: --Your card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date. --You may have reached your credit limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded your purchase allowance. -- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.
Our web is totally safe and also with Pay Pal you can rest assured that it will be safe to use your credit card on our website.
We will deliver your purchase to the the shipping address provided. If you wish, you can specify a different address to your billing address. This is useful when making a gift; or if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to be away from your usual address.
Delivery times depend on the chosen payment method. Shipment begins once payment has been received. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days in Spain mainland and Portugal mainland (except in the Balearic and Canary Islands where it's 3 days). Delivery times for destinations abroad will be specified during check-out but normally from 3 to 7 days in Europe and from 7 to 10 days elsewhere.
Once we receive and process your order, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping details of the time your order leaves the warehouse. A company called MRV will handle the delivery process. If, by chance, the order is delivered when no one is home, MRV will leave you a notice for you to call them and re-arrange the delivery at a more convenient time.
To make an exchange or get a refund, you must always begin by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so the exchange/refund is fully authorized. The returned garments must be in perfect condition, with its label/tag attached and its corresponding invoice, otherwise, Romy&Chic reserves the right to decline the exchange or refund. The easiest way to exchange or return an item is to email email@example.com for authorization and we will ask the delivery company, MRV, to pick the item up at no extra cost to you in Spain mainland and Portugal mainland, if the return is outside this geographical area the order will have to be returned at your own expense. Finally, we refund your credit card when the garment reaches our premises.
The deadline for any refund is 10 days after you have received the item at your selected delivery address. Returns in Spain and Portugal (except in Spanish or Portuguese islands) are free of charge, just write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a pick up from your home. If the return is outside this geographical area there will be additional charges.
In case anything goes wrong on our part or there are any manufacturing defects, delivery and pick- up costs will be covered by Romy&Chic. In all other cases, transport costs incurred in the return of your order will be included in what you paid as shipping fee in Spain mainland and Portugal mainland. If the return is outside this geographical area the order will have to be returned at your own expense. This shipping fee will not be refunded in addition to the refund you are entitled to for your returned goods.
